The Bay of Pigs, located at the end of Dam is a favorite place to fish by both Float tubers. Kayaks and Canoe fly fishermen because of its easy access.  I think its a concentration point when fish move along the dam looking for food since at any season,  you  can find schools of baitfish  hiding in the rocks and shallow structure   Intermediate lines in the shallows work best and t-11 on the face of the dam with best depths are 10-25 feet.
