It seems that less people these days know the difference between Memorial Day and Veterans Day. It is a day to remember and honor the 1.8 million that gave their life for America since 1775.  It is a day to honor the dead who served and a day to visit  cemeteries and place flags or flowers on the graves of our fallen heroes.  That is just what Gina and I did.  Los Gatos Memorial Park where Nick is buried was full of festivities.  We arrived an hour early and had to park a couple blocks away to get into the park We were treated to a Band Concert, donuts and coffee and a Barbecue Lunch.   I think this is the beginning of a new tradition for our family.  It was a wonderful event.
