Christmas 2009

This year, Christmas seems different with our daughter returning from a successful semester at UC Berkeley. And, the annual neighborhood Luminarias, Caroling, and Party was renewed with most of the neighborhood kids returning for the holidays.  The annual Disneyland Trip was cool since Mark and Gina had Birthday goodies–a 75 dollar gift card and a set of Super Hopper passes! Although non of my favorite football teams, CAL, Northwestern or the 49rs finished off their seasons with victories, it was fun while it lasted and I’m not too depressed considering that Cal did beat Stanford in “the Game” despite being underdogs. Also, Mark this year decided to return to Tournament Paintball, and Golf after finishing his first semester as a Sophomore at Leland finalling in every Speech and Debate Tournament he has participated in this year–kudos. This year’s tree, much more reasonable than last year despite Mia complaining that it shrunk from the lot in the Santa Cruz mountains on the way home. The office party was really fun at Kyoto Palace and Erin and Ken had their baby girl! Feels like the end of another great decade.
