Congratulations to the Niners for pulling off the spectacular win over the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field in the Freezing Cold. The more I watch football, the more I realize how it is actually a game of inches and not yards…. As I watched Phil Dawsons’s last second field goal barely clear the right upright for the win, I was shocked at how close it came to NOT going through. After looking at the replay, it was a good thing it went right because if you look closely, had it actually headed for the middle of the goal posts, it would have been blocked. Dawson threaded the needle to get that one in. What an Awesome effort.
